Each fall, Athens seems to revolve around a football. Game season dictates our arts center opening schedule. Marriages must wait till there is no home game, or the guests would have no pillows. Roads are filled with a sea of red and black before the game starts, and again once the game ends. The dedication, loyalty, and allegiance of cheering fans broadens out from our college football team to our state, and our country. We identify with this, and are against that because of this. The game is about community. The Game Show offers the perspectives of eight artists: Meg Aubrey, Mike Landers, Nicole Jean Hill, Lea Purvis, Noah McCarthy, Paul Pfeiffer, Kaleena Stasiak, and Esteban Patino.
